Property Litigation Partner - Any of our East Anglian Offices

We are looking for a Partner to join our Property Litigation team and to lead it in the next phase of its development. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a firm that values expertise, innovation and client success. As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first class dispute resolution services to a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional and private clients.

In addition to managing complex commercial and personal property disputes, you will mentor and develop junior colleagues, helping to shape the next generation of legal talent. You will also have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships and represent the firm at key business development events, strengthening our reputation as a trusted advisor in the market.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in commercial and civil litigation, exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage client meetings and interviews
  • Assess legal issues and provide clear, strategic advice
  • Advise on costs, including drafting Letters of Engagement
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
  • Draft high-quality legal documents and correspondence
  • Stay up to date with developments in law and practice
  • Support the development of long-term client relationships
  • Represent the firm at business development activities and networking events
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • You will have at least eight years of post-qualification experience, whether as a Solicitor or Legal Executive. You must have practising rights and able to carry out reserved activities
  • Extensive experience in dispute resolution, including commercial and civil litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle complex cases
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development

This role can be based in any of our East Anglian offices.

The Team

Our Dispute Resolution team work with our clients whose business becomes involved in a dispute. The property litigation team are an independent, large and successful part of the wider dispute resolution team and are particularly good at commercial landlord and tenant disputes, commercial property disputes, residential and personal property matters and linked insolvency-related corporate and individual property matters.
