A growing engineering firm near Waterlooville is seeking a Project Manager responsible for delivering assigned projects effectively. The Project Manager will work with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution, focusing on planning, commercial management, and monitoring progress. Candidates should have proven experience in project management within the engineering and construction industry, along with strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in planning tools and Microsoft Office is essential.
Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their growing team close to Waterlooville. The Project Manager will be accountable for delivery of assigned projects, working closely with the Project Coordinator, Pre Construction team, and Installation team to deliver projects profitably, on time and with high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is responsible to ensure that the commercials are managed successfully throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will ensure all internal & external stakeholders to the project are coordinated and engaged successfully.
Proven experience in project management, within the engineering and construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project management competencies including Schedule Management, Budgeting and Cost Control, Risk and Issue Management, Resource Management
Control & Contract Management
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Proficiency in software including planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and Microsoft Office.
Working hours: 7:30am 4:30pm but some longer hours may be required depending on travel requirements
