Job summary

A construction firm in Wakefield seeks a Project Executive to assist in project billing, support due diligence, and prepare progress claims. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project billing and invoices related to the team’s project.
  • Update project’s cost plan and cost report on monthly basis.
  • Prepare progress claim to Client and payment response to vendors.
  • Prepare purchase order for vendors/contractors.
  • Support all technical due diligence and project initiation.
  • Assist during design and tender stage, from prequalification of vendors to award.
  • Participate during construction and project close out.
  • Perform daily tasks assigned.

  • Actively participate during construction and project close out
  • Perform daily tasks and requirements assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Infrastructure or Building related field of studies
  • Any related working experience will be advantageous
  • Personal Attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, taking ownership on the task assigned
