As they scale rapidly, they need exceptional operational talent to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and keep critical projects on track.

We're seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join this innovative FinTech during an exciting growth phase. You'll be the operational backbone supporting multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless delivery across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams. This is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves problem-solving, and wants exposure to the fast-moving payments and FinTech sector.

This opportunity is paying c. £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation frameworks
    • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the central point of contact for project communications across departments
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions
    • Keep leadership informed on project status, risks, and blockers
  • Process Optimisation
    • Identify inefficiencies in project workflows and implement improvements
    • Maintain project documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories
    • Support the adoption of project management best practices and tools
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance teams
    • Coordinate product launches, feature releases, and partnership integrations
    • Support business-critical initiatives including regulatory compliance projects and system implementations
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Create and maintain project dashboards and status reports
    • Track key project metrics and identify areas for improvement
    • Provide insights on resource utilisation and project performance
About You

Experience:

  • Project Coordination Experience
    • Project Coordination experience, or operations roles
    • Experience in FinTech, SaaS, payments, or high-growth tech environments preferred
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Technical Aptitude:
    • Proficient with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
    • Comfortable with collaboration platforms (Slack, Notion, Confluence)
    • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting
  • Understanding of payment systems, financial services, or regulated environments is advantageous
  • Appreciation of KYC, compliance requirements, and technical integrations
  • Core Competencies:
    • Exceptional organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
