Job summary

A leading educational institution based in Newquay is seeking a Productivity Engineer for a 9-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will manage the college's Productivity services, ensuring high standards and compliance with service level agreements. Responsibilities include proactive management of platforms like SharePoint and OneDrive, and continual service improvement efforts. Qualifications

  • Essential experience with SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
  • Proven ability to write technical documentation.
  • 1 year experience administering a Microsoft 365 tenancy preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage resolution of incidents and service requests in the Productivity space.
  • Support delivery of technological changes across Microsoft 365.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with team and stakeholders.

Skills

Experience of supporting and/or using Microsoft Office 365 components
Well-developed technical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audience
Ability to manage priorities

Education

Education to degree standard or equivalent qualifications/experience
