This will include rectifying failures (creating re-work routers), problem solving, method improvements, production focussed and meeting cell requirements/targets.* Using Build in Quality tools such as process maps, Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEAs), SAP, PowerBI and control plans.* Developing process capability and improvements.* Day to day production focussed triage.* Productivity data collation and reviewing.* Method reviews prior production release.* Liaising with other departments such as design, manufacturing, quality, materials and special process to ensure delivery of parts through the process to time, cost and quality.**Who we’re looking for:**At Rolls-Royce we embrace agility, are bold, pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do.
