Job summary

A leading defense contractor in Bristol is seeking a Production Scheduler to manage production schedules and ensure operational efficiency. The candidate will develop schedules to meet internal orders and report stock levels while working closely with various departments. Required qualifications include a HNC or HND Engineering qualification or equivalent work experience, along with a background in manufacturing and proficiency in project management tools. This full-time role involves 37 hours a week on-site with occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • Background in manufacturing and Repair and Overhaul is essential.
  • Experience in project management software and scheduling tools is needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet internal customer orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with specialists regarding production.
  • Analyse cost data and provide data dashboards for resource planning.

Experience in MSP Project and potential P6
IFS Scheduling Capabilities for SAP Environments
