Packer (Production role, physical)

Pay Details:

• £156.00 per standard shift (£13.00 p/hr – breaks paid)
• £234.00 per overtime shift (£19.50 p/hr – breaks paid)

Shift & Location:

• 12‑hour shifts (8am–8pm and 8pm–8am)
• 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, including day and night shifts
• Location: St James, Northampton

Role Overview:

This role will be working on the packing section of a busy, fast‑moving production line. You will be quality‑checking the product, wrapping it, and preparing it for dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Quality checking: perform in‑process visual, measurements, physical count, and manual inspections to detect defects and record results appropriately.
• Wrapping and placing finished product onto the stillage ready for dispatch.
• Perform any other job‑related tasks as required.
• Follow and adhere to safe working practices and Site Health & Safety.
