Product Manager

Location: Remote with the UK or Europe

Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 - compensation outside the UK will be adjusted based on location.

Our Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. Working with cross‑functional project teams, you’ll be responsible for the ownership and delivery of high quality web and app products to millions of users. You will be working on delivering the business vision, mission and goals that drive growth, user retention and premium conversions across Nexus Mods.

Responsibilities
  • Working with key stakeholders to deliver features that support commercial goals, and help us to achieve our vision of ‘Making Modding Easy.’
  • Be responsible for identifying, qualifying and prioritising user and business needs; effectively translating these into a clear, concise and well organised roadmap, set of milestones and backlog of user stories.
  • Design and execute experiments locally and globally, to test product positioning, customer channels, and growth and revenue levers.
  • Championing the product vision, working with cross‑functional project teams, including Engineers, Designers and Community Managers.
  • Working collaboratively with the teams, effectively and clearly communicating business value and involving them in strategy and decision making.
  • Working closely with the project team leads, to define requirements, quality criteria and support with the delivery of strategy.
  • Making data driven decisions utilising customer research, behavioural, product, and commercial data.
  • Progressing ideas from discovery through to delivery.
  • Identifying processes for improvement and taking ownership of improving these as well as identifying opportunities to implement new ones.
  • Working with everyone at Nexus Mods to shape the future of our platform.
Qualifications
  • Previous working experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, working within an Agile development environment.
  • Experience creating test plans, executing experiments, and making decisions on test results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Customer focused and data driven with a passion for solving customer problems.
  • A good working knowledge of eCommerce.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
  • Self‑organised, motivated, and able to drive the RevOps product strategy.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in revenue, growth, acquisition, and conversion product areas.
  • Experience using Github for issues tracking.
  • An understanding of game modding and knowledge of Nexus Mods.
  • A love of computer games.
