Responsibilities
- Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area using data, customer research, market insights, and value-driven principles.
- Deliver on strategy and KPIs by prioritising impactful projects each quarter and working with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Researchers, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate and collaborate with other product teams and departments to deliver the best possible customer experience, including influencing areas beyond your direct control.
- Go beyond traditional product boundaries to help deliver faster—owning compliance risk, unblocking technical issues, or analyzing data as needed.
- Report to the Account squad product lead to help you have a meaningful impact on the Wise mission.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building customer-facing digital products, preferably in UX and customer journey optimisation, ideally in fintech, banking, or technology-driven organisations.
- Customer-obsessed and data-driven with strong analytical skills; able to understand customer needs and behaviours.
- Clear communicator who can adapt messages to different audiences.
- Good technical understanding to help unblock decisions from engineering leadership.
- Hands-on, flexible approach; willing to do what's needed to make the team and product successful.
- Experience in fintech or finance is not required if you have a proven fast-learning track record.

- Base salary: 130-155K (based on experience & interview outcomes).
