About Dexory

As a child, did you ever dream of building robots? We did.

At Dexory, we’re developing advanced software powered by cutting‑edge robots that are transforming the face of global logistics. With infectious enthusiasm, our unique blend of disciplines work in harmony to produce results at pace. From hardware and manufacturing to software, AI and commercial, we’re one team – one heart – that beats, learns and grows together.

We’re only interested in the best ideas, no matter where they’re from. We’re doers. Game‑changers.

Out‑of‑the‑box thinkers who put merit before all else. A group of ambitious and disciplined individuals who are passionate about turning theory into rubber, metal and results.

Only with immense heat and pressure are diamonds formed, and our high‑performance, high‑reward culture isn’t for everyone. We bend the rules. We say it as it is. We don’t quit. We keep ego and bureaucracy in check to help our operation stay agile and performing at its peak. We’re a place where careers are defined, and we’ll give you all the tools you’ll need to make your mark.

This opportunity doesn’t present itself every day. This is your chance to be a part of something truly revolutionary.

The foundations for success have been laid, but we’re only just getting started. Are you ready for the fight?

*We value the right attitude, humility and we’re as interested in your character as we are in your talent. Please apply, even if you feel you only meet part of our listed criteria. Diversity drives innovation and we offer an international and friendly work environment with an energetic company culture.

Role

As Dexory’s Product Insights Lead, you will bridge data and empathy - combining user research with analytics to give our product teams a full view of customer reality. You’ll uncover what’s happening through data and why it’s happening through research. Your insights will guide product strategy, feature prioritisation, and value creation for our customers. You’ll be the team’s best‑practice, evidence generator and insight multiplier, partnering closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure we solve the right problems in the right way.

Responsibilities
  • Integrated discovery: Partner with PMs to define hypotheses, research plans, and measurable outcomes; run interviews, observations, diary studies, surveys; triangulate qual + quant into clear narratives.
  • Support Product in quantifying problems & opportunities: sizing pain points (how many users, frequency, £ impact) and estimating potential value (savings, revenue, retention uplift).
  • Market research: Evaluate the competitive landscape and wider market dynamics.
  • Define & instrument metrics: Set success measures, guardrails, and event tracking with PMs and engineers to ensure changes are measurable from day one.
  • Analytics & measurement: Build lightweight dashboards; conduct funnel, cohort, and retention analyses; run A/B tests with statistical rigour and deliver post‑launch reviews.
  • Early signal detection: Monitor rollout KPIs to catch issues or wins quickly; separate signal from noise and recommend fast, practical responses.
  • Segmentation & behaviour insight: Identify patterns across personas (e.g., warehouse managers vs. operators) and geographies.
  • Synthesis & storytelling: Create artifacts (personas, journey maps, JTBD, opportunity‑solution trees) and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Strategic partner: Be the voice of evidence - challenging assumptions, clarifying trade‑offs, and connecting qual customer truth with quant product usage.
  • Coach & scale practices: Uplevel PMs and Designers in research and data literacy; maintain a single source of truth for insights (research repository).
Required Qualifications
  • 4–6 years’ experience across product analytics, research, or data‑driven product roles, ideally in B2B software or complex operational domains.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys; funnels, cohorts, retention).
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL and a BI tool such as Looker/Tableau/Mode) and familiarity with experimentation (A/B tests, guardrail metrics).
  • Ability to design studies, synthesise findings, and communicate clear, decision‑ready recommendations.
  • Comfortable partnering with engineers and PMs on instrumentation and telemetry; able to translate business questions into data requirements.
  • Bonus: experience in logistics or industrial environments.
What’s in it for you

We operate by four principles:

Performance. Impact. Commitment. One Team.

Joining Dexory isn’t just about having expertise… it’s about embracing uncertainty with purpose. You’ll help define not only our products, but the future of autonomous logistics itself. From day one, you’ll be trusted to push boundaries, take ownership, and deliver breakthrough results.
