BMW Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Product Genius to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cars, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering a premium customer experience.

The Role

As a Product Genius, you will play a key role in the customer journey, ensuring every BMW handover is memorable, informative, and professional. You will also support the dealership with visual content creation and vehicle movements around site.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and professional vehicle handovers to customers
• Take high-quality photos and short videos of vehicle handovers and cars on site
• Move vehicles safely around the dealership as required
• Explain BMW einem features, technology, and connected services clearly and confidently
• Support the sales team with product knowledge and customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming showroom and forecourt

About You

• Friendly, confident, and customer‑focused
• Passionate about cars and the BMW brand
• Comfortable using a smartphone or camera for photos and videos
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
