A dynamic fintech company in London seeks a Product Analyst to ensure the successful launch and operational support of new credit products. The ideal candidate will be a STEM or Economics graduate with a knack for data analysis and problem-solving. This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in product management within a rapidly expanding firm and offers a clear path toward becoming a Junior Product Manager.
We’re redefining consumer lending in the UK, and beyond. Using advanced AI and Open Banking data, we make fair, affordable personal finance available to more people. While traditional lenders rely almost entirely on credit scores, we look at the full financial picture - how much you spend, and what you can afford to repay to build a deeper, more accurate understanding of each customer's unique financial situation.
And we've shown it works at scale. We’ve issued over £1.3bn in loans directly to customers while delivering market-leading credit performance - for every 10 defaults the industry expects, we see only 3. We also reached profitability just 2.5 years after launch.
Backed by £2bn+ of funding from top-tier investors including Citi, GSR Ventures, and Deutsche Bank, we’re recognised as one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs (Sifted, CNBC). Now, we’re expanding into new markets and product lines - and we’re looking for ambitious people who want to learn fast, take ownership, and grow with us.
We’re expanding access to affordable credit and we’re doing it by launching new credit products that genuinely move the needle. We launch products at rapid speed, often working with other leading fintechs and consumer / ecommerce companies to offer affordable credit at the right point in customer journey. We operate in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment where products must work end to end from day one—not just technically, but operationally for customers.
As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in making sure our products are launch-ready and operable at scale. While you’ll work closely with Product Managers on discovery and delivery, a large part of your impact will come from supporting Operations teams - ensuring customer support, collections, and complaints teams can effectively support customers from day one.
This role is designed for top-tier STEM or Economics graduates who want to build a deep understanding of how products actually work in the real world, take responsibility early, and progress towards a Product Manager role at a fast-growing, industry-leading fintech.

Analyse operational data to identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities

Support Product Managers with discovery, delivery coordination, and partner onboarding
Help with testing, release validation, and regression checks
Learn how APIs, decisioning flows, and data pipelines work in practice
Analyse product performance across conversion, approval rates, origination volumes, and credit outcomes
Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making across Product and Operations
Form clear hypotheses from data and help test improvements
A top-tier STEM or Economics graduate (computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or similar)
0–2 years of experience, including internships, placements, or early-career roles with real responsibility
Practical experience beyond academia, e.g. internships, startups, consulting projects, fintech, data, or operational roles
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL, Python, Excel, or similar)
Structured problem-solver who can break down messy, real-world problems
Technically curious and comfortable working with systems, even if you’re not an engineer
Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
You take ownership and follow through until problems are actually solved
You’re comfortable working in ambiguity and don’t wait for perfect instructions
You care deeply about customer outcomes and operational reality
You speak up when something doesn’t make sense and help fix it
You’re willing to put in extra effort at key moments (e.g. launches, live incidents), knowing this is where real learning happens
