We are looking for 4 Sourcing / Procurement Specialists supporting teams buying for the Private and Public Sector across areas such as Healthcare, Medical and Surgical, Pharma and Facilities Management.

  • Salary: Up to £43,000 Per Annum
  • Location: Birmingham / Hybrid (2-3 days from home)
  • Role Type: Permanent / Full Time / 8:30-4:30 (Flexi) / Mon-Fri

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end strategic sourcing across assigned healthcare product categories, developing strategies to drive value, mitigate risk, & improve supplier leverage.
  • Manage the full procurement process—from market research and bid preparation through to contract launch.
  • Present sourcing strategies and final award recommendations to internal stakeholders and contribute to customer-facing presentations.
  • Build supplier relationships, review products & technologies, and maintain effective customer engagement at all levels.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of procurement experience, with a track record in category management, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiations.
  • Exposure to public sector healthcare procurement is ideal but not essential.
