About The Role

ProCam is seeking a knowledge-driven, highly motivated Technical Manager to deliver the best agronomic advice to customers and internal agronomy teams. This role drives ProCam’s “knowledge not information” and “solutions not products” approach to crop management. The successful candidate will join a dynamic technical team that supports agronomists across the country, who in turn deliver agronomic advice on a wide range of crops and situations. It’s a dynamic and varied position within a collaborative team environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of arable agronomy, crop science, and agricultural technologies, combined with sound commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver seasonal campaigns, including elements such as briefings and in-season support.
• Collaborate with agronomists to help them make confident decisions that boost yield, profitability, and sustainability.
• Work closely with the development team to enhance technical understanding within the business through trials and demonstrations around the country.
• Drive the “knowledge not information” business ethos – leading knowledge transfer within the technical team.
• Represent ProCam nationally as a technical expert and leader.
