We are seeking a Live-in Professional Female Private Chef (Cultural reasons) to join a warm and well‑organised family household. The Chef will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, offering a variety of menu options at each meal. The ideal candidate will have a culinary certificate, extensive experience in both fine dining restaurants and private households, and a strong background in authentic, high‑level Chinese cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with multiple options per meal.
  • Design weekly menus featuring a balance of healthy traditional and modern Chinese and International cuisine.
  • Source and manage fresh, high‑quality ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times (“clean as you go”).
  • Manage food inventory and coordinate grocery shopping.
  • Accommodate dietary preferences, restrictions, and special requests.
  • Cooking for staff.

Requirements:

  • Culinary certificate or equivalent professional training.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including work in high‑end restaurants and private households.
  • Expertise in authentic Chinese cuisine and regional variations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
