Principal (Dixons Unity Academy, Leeds)

We are looking for an exceptional principal to lead Dixons Unity Academy in Leeds, driving the next phase of our transformation journey and building on our strong foundations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the school and drive its transformation journey.
  • Support staff, students and the wider community.
  • Ensure all students succeed at university or a suitable alternative.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership experience in a secondary school setting.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, resilience and respect.
  • Fit to lead a school with a mission to challenge educational and social disadvantage.
