Primary Market Research Project Lead role at Beacon AI. Lead the PMR division and deliver high-quality market research solutions to clients in the life sciences sector. This is a client-facing role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMR division to deliver insights-driven market research solutions to Life Sciences clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand PMR offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing customized research solutions to meet their needs.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from proposal development and study design to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of research deliverables by adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and innovate service offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to support business development initiatives and drive revenue growth.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional development.
• Contribute to growing Pando’s global HCP panel.
