Qualifications

• HLTA qualification (Level 4 or equivalent).
• Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude.
• Able to provide and deliver learning activities to whole classes in early years and key stages.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality interventions.
• Committed to raising standards and meeting individual needs of children.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and a real team player.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work using their own initiative.
• Must hold English and mathematics qualifications at least GCSE Grade C.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across the primary range (Reception to Year 6).
• Support PPA, cover when teachers are absent, and assist during release time.
• Conduct intervention work with small groups.
