A healthcare organization in Essex is looking for a part-time practice nurse to join their team at Walton Medical Centre. Responsibilities include health assessments, managing long-term conditions, and immunization programs. Candidates should have a relevant nursing degree, current NMC registration, and at least 2 years of experience in general practice. This role offers flexibility and the chance to work within a supportive healthcare partnership dedicated to patient care.
Walton Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for a practice nurse to join our practice. This role is offered on a part-time basis of 16+ hours per week, with flexibility on days and hours.
Walton Medical Practice is situated in the traditional seaside resort of Walton on the Naze, on the Essex Coast. They have a list size of just over 8300 patients. As well as 2 GP Partners and a salaried GP, the Practice team includes a Clinical Pharmacy team of 2, a Nursing team of 10 and an efficient and effective Reception and Administrative team of 18.
