A healthcare organization in Bradley Stoke is looking for an experienced Primary Care Practice Nurse to join their supportive team. The role requires previous experience in primary care, particularly managing chronic diseases like Diabetes or Asthma. The position offers flexible hours between 21 and 37.5 per week, with a salary of up to £42,529 pro rata per annum, depending on experience.
We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable Primary Care Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for a Nurse who has previous experience working in primary care as a practice nurse, and unfortunately, we are unable to accept any applications that do not have this experience.
Hours:
We are looking for at least 21hrs per week but will consider up to 37.5 hours per week, working
within the practice opening hours of 07:30–18:30 (Monday–Friday), with enhanced hours on
Thursday evenings until 8:00pm.
Salary:
Up to £42,529 pro rata per annum ( £21.81 per hour ) depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Primary Care Practice Nurse to join our established and collaborative nursing team at Frome Valley Medical Centre. We are a forward-thinking,
supportive practice serving a patient population of 14,500.
Our dynamic nursing team includes practice nurses, healthcare assistants, and a phlebotomist, delivering high-quality chronic disease management and a wide range of enhanced services.
