A healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to support their multidisciplinary team. This full-time/part-time role allows the successful candidate to continue providing high-quality, patient-centred care while ensuring a balanced work-life environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in primary care and be NMC registered.

The successful candidate will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to provide a wide range of clinical services and actively contribute to the health and wellbeing of our local patient population.
You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of nursing services as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on health promotion, chronic disease management, and preventative care. The role includes providing routine treatment, supporting well woman and well man clinics, administering vaccinations, and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.

Wound care/removal of sutures and staples; ECGs; Venepuncture; New patient medicals; Chaperone procedure; Requesting pathology tests and processing the results, advising patients accordingly; Travel medicine; Diabetes; Hypertension; Asthma; Spirometry; CHD; Immunisations (routine, childhood and travel); Women's health (Cervical cytology, contraception etc.); Understands the importance of evidence‑based practice knowledge of clinical governance; Ability to record accurate clinical notes; Ability to work within own scope of practice and to understand when to refer to GPs; Knowledge of health promotion strategies; Understands the requirement for PGDs and associated policy;
Knowledge of public health issues in the local area; Awareness of issues within the wider health arena;
