  • Open, sort and scan post into relevant files for IFAs and Administrators.
  • File post after processing and ensure all post is filed correctly.
  • Print and bind documents such as investment reports and HR files.
  • Monitor the Post email inbox and respond to queries.
  • Ensure adequate stocks of general stationery.
  • Answer the telephone and deal with queries.
