Outdoor Leisure and Christmas Manager- Newbridge Nurseries

Hours: Full-Time, 42.5 hours a week, including alternate weekends

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

What you’ll do:

• Order, merchandise, and manage stock, including slow-moving items
• Create inspiring displays and ensure POS materials are up to standard
• Maintain retail standards and a tidy shop floor
• Assist customers with advice, orders, and carry-to-car service
• Deputise opening/closing and organise your team’s daily and weekly tasks
• Follow action points from reports, floor-walks, and HO guidelines
