Job summary

A staffing solutions provider in the UK is seeking a candidate to support the Supply Chain Manager by maximizing team productivity and providing administrative support. Job description

To support the Supply Chain Manager by ensuring the maximisation of team productivity within agreed SLA`s and administrative support where directed.

Key Accountabilities & Activities
  • Proactively contribute to the success and performance of the business by establishing strong relationships with other key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Deliver accurate workforce planning to ensure that SLA`s can be achieved within the region.
  • To communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to both customers and colleagues.
  • To liaise with key stakeholders with regard to the progression of planned jobs.
  • Work closely with the field teams with regard to reactive planning regarding incomplete works, colleague absence and any other potential impacts re job completions.
  • To answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and in line with the team`s SLA.
  • Administration duties as and when required.
  • Ensure all clients contract requirements are completed and followed up where required.
  • Planning of branch work to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with current health and safety best practice policy and procedures.
  • Stock management and asset maintenance where required.
  • Reporting and maintenance of stock levels.
  • SLA Adherence.
  • Scheduling.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • A good understanding of VPS platforms and portals.
  • A team player.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
  • Ability to solve problems and remain calm whilst under pressure.
  • Self‑motivated, able to adapt to different circumstances and to work unsupervised.
