Join our Great Major Gifts Team

As Philanthropy Executive in the Major Gifts team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with high‑net-worth individuals and expanding our portfolio of mid‑level and major donor prospects and supporters. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth, with dedicated support from the Philanthropy Manager and Head of Major Gifts.

Major Gifts are a vital income stream for Thames Hospice and will become increasingly important as we embark on an ambitious strategy to significantly grow our fundraising income over the next three years. This growth is essential to ensure we can continue delivering exceptional palliative care to our community.

We're seeking someone with experience in building relationships to secure funding and who is eager to learn and grow. This is a great opportunity to work with experienced major donor fundraisers and build your skills and development in this exciting area. You'll use your excellent communication skills to build and nurture relationships with existing supporters, providing thoughtful stewardship that encourages long‑term engagement and sustained giving.
