Overview

Personal Assistant for a gentleman | L16 - FTE - £26.3k | Liverpool, L16

Responsibilities

• Shadow the current PAs for a full shift to learn routines, locations of supplies, and any questions or issues.
• Ensure the gentleman's safety and provide daily meals: breakfast, lunch (a meal to heat in the oven or soup and toast), and an evening meal.
• Administer medications morning and evening as required.
• Provide continence care, including emptying the catheter bag.
• Attend moving and handling training as needed to support regular turning of the gentleman.
• Complete household duties such as stripping beds and maintaining a tidy home.
• Work within a team environment and adapt to the gentleman’s evolving needs.
• There are two hypoallergenic dogs that visit regularly; plan and manage interactions accordingly.

Other Details

• There is a two-month probationary period to assess suitability for both parties.
