A charity organization in Belfast seeks a capable HR leader to drive key People initiatives including employee relations, recruitment, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, strong employment law knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This role offers an annual salary of £41,395.48, a 35-hour work week, hybrid working options, and generous annual leave.
