We are seeking a passionate and strategic People Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth, learning, and development across our organization.

What you’ll be doing

As the People Development Manager, you will design, implement નિયમ and manage programs that enable our employees to unlock their potential and grow their careers. Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (40% of time)
  • Design and deliver scalable learning programs, workshops, and training tailored to individual, team, and organizational needs.
  • Look after our learning management system (LMS) and track training participation and outcomes including our mandatory learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate engaging learning content inclusive of e‑learning.
  • Foster a culture of lifelong learning by driving awareness of development opportunities across the organization including online learning.
  • Consult and design bespoke solutions with divisions in alignment with group strategy.
Performance Enablement (10% of time)
  • Partner with leadership to enhance performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Facilitate quarterly performanceizations, feedback sessions, and goal‑setting workshops.
  • Provide coaching to managers to help them effectively develop and guide their teams.
Talent Development (40% of time)
  • Build career progression frameworks and pathways tailored to the needs of a growing tech workforce.
  • Lead página on the rollout of our leadership development programmes.
onuCulture & Engagement (10% of time)
  • Collaborate with the People team to align learning and development initiatives with company values and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) goals.
  • Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement through developmental opportunities.
