A recruitment agency is looking for a PDI Operative in North Killingholme. In this role, you will perform Pre-Delivery Inspections, road tests, and vehicle adjustments while maintaining high presentation standards. Applicants must be detail-oriented, have a full clean UK driving license, and at least 22 years of age. The pay starts at £12.41 per hour during training and increases to £12.61 once fully trained. This role requires you to have your own vehicle for site access and work hours are Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must have a full clean UK driving license.
• Must be 22 or older for insurance purposes.
• Must have your own vehicle to access the site.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
• Conduct road testing of vehicles.
• Adjust tyre pressure as required.
• Inspect vehicles on ramps.
• Install registration plates.
• Use torque wrenches during inspections.
• Run diagnostic checks on vehicles.
• Valet and conduct quality checks.
• Handle vehicle paperwork and confirm VIN numbers.
• Report any vehicle defects identified.
• Move vehicles safely around the port.
• Maintain high vehicle presentation standards.
• Follow Health & Safety rules.
• Attend meetings and train staff as necessary.
