A leading wellness retailer in the UK is seeking a Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently. The role demands strong Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and great communication abilities. You will ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time, managing multiple deadlines under pressure. This position offers a competitive salary, 25 days of holiday, and additional perks including staff discounts and wellness services. Hybrid working is expected, with some presence required in Nuneaton office.
Location: Hybrid working with an expectation to be present at a Holland & Barrett office in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH) for a minimum of 2 days per week. This is a 12-month fixed term role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring colleagues across our retail stores, distribution network and head office are paid accurately, on time, and in line with UK regulations.
The role is ideal for someone who helps payroll run smoothly under pressure and takes pride in keeping thousands of colleagues paid correctly and on time.
