A leading multinational fintech firm in London seeks a senior Payments Regulatory lawyer to provide expert advice on payments law and cross-border regulatory issues. You will act independently as the primary UK lawyer, overseeing legal matters relating to EMI and MiFID compliance. This full-time position starts in January and can be performed flexibly with hybrid opportunities.
We’re looking for a senior Payments Regulatory lawyer to join our client, a multinational fin tech company, to support them for at least 3 to 6 months.
You’ll be joining the team acting as the SME for UK EMI and MiFID permissions. Ideally you’ll have strong knowledge of payments law, cross‑border regulatory issues, and experience advising enterprise platforms. You’ll also be experienced in UK EMI and MiFID regulatory frameworks.
