Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of NHS systems, policies, and governance structures.

• Understanding of PSIRF and incident response processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient support to the Patient Safety Leads.
• Promote a positive patient safety culture throughout the Trust.
• Assist with the maintenance of the electronic incident management system.
• Monitor and resolve routine technical issues from users.
