Job Summary

Part time

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Department of Neurology at Ealing Hospital. The role will focus on supporting a positive patient experience within the services with a key emphasis on patient pathway tracking and validation to achieve RTT standards. The post holder will work closely with the service team and receive support and training as required to fulfil the role.

Main Duties
  • Provide administrative support to Clinical Teams.
  • Ensure every patient pathway is tracked to be diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible, meeting relevant RTT standards.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of patient tracking; escalations must be kept on the Trust database.
  • Support the Service Management team to deliver all administrative processes, including data and evidence collection for relevant national audits.
