  • Exemplary practice in building relationships with learners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct group and 1:1 meetings with identified learners.
  • Collaborate with teams to address student concerns.
  • Build supportive relationships for students' development.
  • Assist with mental health and social wellbeing strategies.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Officer.
