Vertu TPS Gloucester (Volkswagen Group Trade Parts Sales)

Vertu TPS Gloucester are currently recruiting a Car Parts Salesperson (VW Group Trade Parts) to join their partsteam!

We have a great team on site who develop and maintain long term relationships with customers, and provide them with expert knowledge, advice and support.

We are offering a basic salary of £29,000 with an OTE of £32,000.

About the Role:

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements
  • Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set I
  • Identify and maximise all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures
  • Achieving personal target KPIs and revenue objectives with target customer sets and record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients by making relevant and regular contact with them, providing a high level of service and review of their accounts

Hours of work: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday To Friday (30 Mins Lunch)

8.00am - 1.00pm Alternate Saturdays as per departmental rota

About You:

You will be an integral member of the aftersales team. It is preferred, but not essential that you have previous experience in motor retail parts.

If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
