An automotive retail group in Colchester is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee and enhance operations in their parts department. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate teams to deliver outstanding customer service and drive business success. Experience in the automotive industry and excellent organizational abilities are essential. Working in our parts department as a Parts Manager you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.
