Job description
Overview

We help companies get compensation right.

What we get paid at work has a massive impact on our lives, and it’s one of the biggest factors in hiring and retaining talent — and yet so many companies struggle to get it right. They rely on data and tools that are not ideal for pay decisions. That’s why we created Ravio.

We help many of the world’s most innovative and ambitious companies build stronger teams and reach their goals through better compensation. Our real-time data platform tracks the market across all compensation types from salary to equity and benefits. We’re passionate about ensuring everyone is paid what they deserve, no matter their background or circumstances. We believe that when compensation is done right, everyone wins.

Ravio is growing fast, which means you can too. We’ve established ourselves as the European leader in our space serving more than 1,200 clients, and now have our sights set on becoming the global go‑to place for compensation data and tools for managing compensation.

Joining a startup and scaling it into a global product is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences a career can offer. If that sounds exciting to you, you’re in the right place.

The Role

As the Compensation Consultant Partnerships Manager at Ravio, you will own and scale our partnership strategy with compensation consultants, advisors, and HR specialists. Your mission is to strengthen our ecosystem of partners, transform them into confident advocates and referrers of Ravio, and build an indirect channel that drives sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Strategy & Relationship Management

    • Map, prioritise, and grow relationships with compensation consultants (both freelancers and companies across the market).

    • Own and execute the consulting partner strategy, including referral and reseller models, ensuring strong collaboration and measurable mutual value.

  • Compensation Consultant Partnership Enablement

    • Build and deliver partner training, onboarding, and enablement resources.

    • Equip consultants to confidently represent and integrate Ravio into their client offerings.

  • Strategic Market Expansion

    • Identify and test new partnership opportunities to expand Ravio’s market reach. (e.g., embedded recruiters, HR tech vendors, global consulting networks)

    • Lead pilot programs to evaluate ROI and scalability before full rollout.

  • Operational Excellence & Performance Management

    • Implement scalable systems to track partner performance, such as partner referrals and penetration across the portfolio.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with the wider GTM teams to create co-selling opportunities, partner enablement and thought leadership content.

    • Provide partner insights and feedback to influence product development, pricing, and go-to-market refinement.

Your Key Skills / Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with proven successes building and managing partner referral programs.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and communicator, and experience in partner enablement, including training, and ongoing support programs.

  • Strategic yet hands-on approach - able to identify, prioritise, and scale high-impact partnership opportunities.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments; entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.

  • Background or comfort discussing compensation and rewards topics is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and experience setting up scalable processes for partner management is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits
  • P3, £53,000 - £62,400 + bonus

  • Company ownership (everyone gets a meaningful equity stake in Ravio)

  • 37 days paid time off (25 days holiday + 4 wellness day + 8 public holidays)

  • Up to 6% pension matching scheme

  • £60 a month wellness allowance (Invest in your physical wellbeing, on us)

  • £500 per year Learning and Development budget

  • Private healthcare cover with AXA

  • Personal travel insurance - just in case

  • Income protection insurance (for full peace of mind in case you cannot work because of sickness or disability)

  • 16 weeks fully paid birthing parent leave, followed by 4 weeks at 50% pay & 8 weeks for non-birthing parent
