Are you an outgoing, organised and welcoming individual with experience in administration and reception role? Are you seeking an exciting role in a fast paced environment?

We are looking for a Part‑time experienced Admin/Receptionist to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team based in Saffron House. This role is part‑time working 30 hours per week.

You will act as a professional, effective, and efficient Receptionist and Administrator for the diverse group of services working within Saffron House. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

This is a part‑time position, however we would consider a job share for the right candidates.

Main duties of the job
  • To assist the service/team by undertaking all administration duties relating to the day to day running of a busy Older People’s Community Mental Health Team.
  • To provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors, staff and stake holders as required.
  • To perform general office duties, including responding to email and phone enquiries, answering the telephone, taking and recording messages accurately, and responding to queries appropriately, following Trust procedures and protocols.
  • Organise own workload and act independently within appropriate guidelines.
  • Order, check, maintain and distribute equipment and supplies for the team and other agencies as required.
  • Support in the booking of rooms via Resource Scheduler booking system.
