A growing occupational health service is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to provide part-time support in Milton Keynes. This role involves delivering occupational health consultations, offering proactive health advice, and ensuring compliance with legislation. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with a relevant Occupational Health qualification and NMC registration. The position offers a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 – £48,000 pro rata, based on 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor or Occupational Health Nurse.
• Competent in case management and health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, and skin surveillance.
• Current NMC registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational health consultations covering fitness for work and sickness absence.
• Provide proactive occupational health advice to client organisations.
• Support compliance with occupational health legislation and best practice.
