Qualifications

• Experience in a face-to-face sales environment.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high presentation standards of the site and sales complex.
• Guide potential purchasers around show homes and stock plots.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers.
