Job summary

A company seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO with various tasks. The role involves maintaining schedules, managing communications, and organizing travel arrangements. Qualifications

  • Degree in business management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as an executive assistant is preferred.
  • Proficiency in databases, Microsoft Outlook, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain executive schedules.
  • Manage information flow in a timely manner.
  • Make travel arrangements for business trips.
  • Run errands for the manager.
  • Keep up with expenses and produce reports.
  • Respond to communications for the manager.
