Key Responsibilities
  • Providing first class service to customers via our web platformsHandling daily enquiries/complaints from customers and branches over the phone, chat and email
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Improving website conversion through effective parts identification first time
  • Taking orders from customers over the phone when needed
  • Ensuring all customer contacts are logged in the system
  • Making the customer top priority at all times.
