Hamworthy Park is a much‑loved local space — and it thrives because of the people who care about it. Whether you can spare just an hour or would like to get more involved, there are plenty of ways to help. Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference.

Power Hour (Every other Saturday)

• Meets every other Saturday at 9:00am, outside The Park Café.
• All equipment provided – litter pickers, hoops and bags.
• A great way to meet people and make a visible impact.
• Just one hour of your time helps keep the park looking beautiful.

Litter Pick on Your Own Time

• Borrow our equipment on a loan basis – litter pickers, hoops and bags (returnable deposit required).
• Alternatively, collect a bin bag from The Park Café.
• Pick litter on your own schedule – whether you’re walking the dog or enjoying a family stroll.
