£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

Employment details

6-month FTC with the expectation for extension. Hybrid working style with 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Utilise legal knowledge to support codification of complex agreements, such as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement).
• Manage the client journey from client inception, project delivery, BAU, ensuring clear communication and a seamless, high level experience.
• Work as part of a team providing direction and support where necessary.
• Collaborate with clients to capture and address their specific requirements during implementation.

Qualifications

• A passion for working in a market-leading legal technology firm.
• 1-2 years' experience as a Paralegal in documentation review.
