About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carrying out responsive and planned painting and decorating to both occupied and void properties, to include glossing, emulsion, papering and treading damp and mould.

You’ll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing “prefect” finishes to all applications, whilst delivering exceptional customer services, ensuring our customers always come first. You will be skilled with patch plasterer and tiling.

You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, C&G Craft or Level 2 or above in a relevant trade or equivalent or be working towards. Ideally you will hold a Blue CSCS Card or be willing to work towards this with excellent working H & S knowledge.

Customer focused with social housing experience (not essential), you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. With the ability to work as a team and independently, you must also have good knowledge of damp treatments to fulfil this role.

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
