A global veterinary pharmaceuticals company in Skipton is seeking a Packing Line Lead for the early shift. You will oversee packing operations, ensuring compliance with stringent GMP standards. Responsibilities include leading a team, operating machinery, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in GMP environments and strong leadership skills. A competitive salary of £31,848 and great benefits, including training opportunities and a pension contribution, are offered.
Packing Line Lead - Early shift - £17.01 per hour equivalent
Monday - Friday 5.30am - 2.00pm with every other Friday off (36 hour week) - £31,848.34 salary (£17.01 hourly equivalent), Yes, we work a 9 day fortnight!

To take responsibility for the equipment used and ensure all aspects of use (production and cleaning) are carried out to a high standard, in line with associated documentation and GMP procedures.
Lead a team whilst operating and packing products to the highest quality standard and compliant to the set GMP guidelines and procedures.
Operate machinery and equipment whereby delegating instruction and tasks to team members whilst delivering excellence and meeting the schedule of adherence.
To ensure all activities undertaken are within the set health and safety guidelines.
A self-motivated enthusiastic individual who can work well within a team environment performing packing activities including the operation and cleaning of equipment, whilst being able to complete associated documentation accurately and in a timely manner , in line with strict procedures.
Reliability, punctuality and a demonstrable strong work ethic are characteristics we are looking for.
