A leading outdoor activity provider in Wales is seeking enthusiastic instructors to join their team. The role involves delivering engaging activity sessions and supervising diverse groups. No prior experience is necessary, as in-house training will be provided, including essential certifications. Interested candidates must be flexible and able to work outdoors in all conditions. We are looking for reliable, motivated and enthusiastic individuals with the necessary people skills to join our team of experienced instructors.
You must be flexible, hard working and prepared to work outdoors in all types of conditions. As an instructor you will inspire and educate participants whilst creating memorable moments.
Previous experience in the industry is not necessarily required (but helpful) as successful applicants will be led through a period of in-house training. This will be followed by consistent monitoring and appraisal to ensure that they reach the required standard to lead activity sessions (where applicable).
As part of the induction process we offer the following NBG qualifications;

The position will require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and all applicants must be prepared to work with children of all ages and abilities.
N.B. Morfa Bay Adventure does not offer any on-site rented staff accommodation.
