Job summary

A global industrial manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Hemel Hempstead. The ideal candidate will manage customer sales orders in the Javelin system, communicate with clients on order statuses, and prepare necessary documentation. Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise in a busy manufacturing environment and work to customer due dates.
• Experience in an Aerospace manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Commercial awareness & professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of all transactional processes within Javelin (MRP).
• Liaise with customers regarding queries such as due dates.
• Compile production documentation for shop floor launch.

Skills

Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Production related administration experience

Working knowledge of MRP / Production control systems

Strong organisational skills

Good communications skills

Customer orientated service

Education

Grade 4 in GCSE English and Math
