Job summary

A growing coffee business in Belfast is seeking an Operations and Customer Support Assistant to support day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires multitasking with both physical work and customer interactions, with a start date as soon as possible. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and have a willingness to learn about coffee. The position starts at 10 hours per week, with potential for full-time transition.

Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable working independently day‑to‑day.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and move green coffee bags (up to 69kg) safely and efficiently.
  • Label and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
  • Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a friendly way.
